AsIAm is Ireland’s National Autism Charity based in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. AsIAm is seeking a dynamic, qualified Financial Controller who is willing to be hands-on and interested in developing effective financial systems. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Governance and Compliance and will be responsible for AsIAm’s daily financial processes, budgeting, taxation, preparation of accounts and monthly financial reporting processes. The Financial Controller will also produce thorough management accounts for the senior management team, Board, and various sub-committees as well as helping to improve our operational efficiency and assist in our continued safe growth.
This is an initial 1-year contract with the potential to extend.
AsIAm will offer a salary and benefits commensurate with the AsIAm pay scale and experience.
In addition to annual leave, the company traditionally offers additional paid time off (company days) including a Christmas office closure period. This is sanctioned annually at the discretion of management.
The role is 24 hours per week.
While the role is part-time, a degree of flexibility may be required regarding working days/hours, particularly when significant funding and budgeting initiatives may arise.
The role is based in AsIAm HQ in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
