Marathon RunnersThe first day of Spring looms and so it is almost time to knock off the cobwebs and get back in shape!

This is easier said than done and it can be hard to stay motivated – unless of course you are doing it for a cause!

AsIAm.ie needs more people to assist in our fundraising efforts this year to ensure we can continue to meet demand and work towards a more inclusive society for those with Autism.

We have been very fortunate to benefit from people undertaking marathons on our behalf in the past and it really does make all the difference to our work, as a small charity with a big impact.

This year we are hoping to have significant number of runners, walkers (or even crawlers!) undertaking the Women’s Mini Marathon, on Saturday 6th June, and the Dublin Marathon City Marathon, on Sunday 30th October, as part of “Team AsIAm”.

Everyone who undertakes to participate on our behalf will receive a Sponsorship Card and a branded t-shirt to assist with their efforts. We will also be on hand to help in anyway we can and, most importantly, will put all funds raised to our efforts supporting families affected by Autism.

Can’t do those two events? Have a different event in mind – let us know and we would be delighted to work with you!
