The AsIAm team are extremely busy with last minute preparations for our National Autism Conference taking place this Saturday 21st October. Many other Conferences of this size would be organised by a professional conference company. We are doing this ourselves with our small (but very precious) team and some great volunteers who have come on board.
The Conference, like all AsIAm events, is autism and sensory friendly. We will take every step possible to make this a comfortable and welcoming day for everyone. To ensure that everything goes as closely to plan we would ask everyone to take note of the following:
ADMISSION TO THE CONFERENCE IS STRICTLY BY TICKET ONLY.
All tickets are now sold and the waiting list is closed.
Those on the cancellation list will be offered tickets in turn when they become available.
All tickets will be requested at registration and ID may be required.
Tickets are not transferable and any cancellations must be made through either EventBrite or firstname.lastname@example.org.
No refunds will be issued after Wednesday 18th October 2017.
If you have put your name on the cancellation list please check your email (update / junk mail, also) every day, as cancellation offers will only last for 24 hours before it is reallocated.
LIVE STREAMING OF CONFERENCE
As we had so many disappointed people who could not get a ticket, or who had to cancel for family reasons, we have decided to stream the Conference live on the day.
Check out our website and social media platforms for the latest updates. You can view the Conference on YouTube here.
Only presentations from the main Conference stage will be recorded.
