Brendan joined the AsIAm team in September 2019 as our Training and Exhibition Co-Ordinator. He works closely with the training team to organise speakers, workshops, and events across the country. His main role with AsIAm is to coordinate the different forms of training AsIAm provides, allowing the charity to broaden its reach and spread its message. Brendan also coordinates the logistics for the Autism Experience Exhibition, an interactive experience that allows visitors to better understand the sensory issues faced by autistic people.
Brendan has a degree in Mathematics and Geography and worked as an SNA in a secondary school for 4 years previous to his role with AsIAm, working closely with autistic students. Brendan is also a big fan of cooking and sports, and he loves combining the two!
