Fintan is Chairman of the Board of Directors of AsIAm.
Fintan and his wife, Fiona, live in Dalkey in Dublin with their two children, one of whom is on the Autism Spectrum. Fintan is keen to ensure that there is a better societal understanding of autism, and that those affected by autism can live as full and independent a life as possible. He believes that people with autism should have access to early intervention services and educational supports to enable people with the condition to reach their full potential. Many of those on the spectrum have unique talents and skills, and these should be augmented and supported from education through to employment.
Fintan is a Chartered Surveyor.
