The Coronavirus has brought new challenges to everyone in Irish society and AsIAm is no different. For the safety of our staff and our community, all staff members are now working at home but are working full time and can still be reached through info@asiam.ie. For the past six months we have radically changed our planned content to adapt to the new normal. Below you will find a host of online resources to help during this pandemic. We have created a bank of social stories to help community members understand the changes to routine caused by Covid19. We have included a number of letters which can be presented in cases where the needs of the autistic person are at odds with certain public health guidelines. Finally, we have a host of community support webinars covering a number of topics relevant to the last few months.
Please note: As this situation continues the needs of the community will evolve and change. As a result this is a growing document which we continue to add to.
