This talk will be given by Zarah Doyle and Laura Crean (AsIAm Youth Ambassador).
Zarah Doyle is a Social Entrepreneur who works with children and teens on the autism spectrum to encourage social and emotional development. She believes that the population of individuals with autism deserve a social outlet to enhance personal growth and development within their community.
Zarah has worked at developing community programmes for individuals on the autism spectrum, catering to sensory processing, communication and behaviour needs. Holding a certificate of higher education in autism studies and has a Bachelor of Philosophy in Special Education: Autism (children) from the University of Birmingham. Currently Zarah is continuing her research with Trinity College Dublin with a Master of Education in Early intervention.
Laura Crean is an AsIAm Youth Ambassador, who will speak of her own personal experience on the evening, on the topic autism and socialising. She is currently studying in Trinity College Dublin.
