Transport Complaints

Sometimes, you may feel that public transport services are not meeting your child’s needs. If this is the case, then you will need to make your concerns known to the relevant transport authority. You can make your complaint by letter, by email, by telephone or in person to any of these.

The Department of Transport does not process complaints.
