Guide For Employers

Difficulties in gaining and keeping long term employment remains a significant barrier for the autistic community. With 85% of autistic adults unemployed or underemployed, the prospect of entering the working world can be quite daunting.

Our employer guide for autistic adults in the workplace seeks to help address this.

In a collaboration with IrishJobs, we’ve broken down the steps, supports and measures necessary for creating an Autism Friendly work space.
