Aisling Moore works as a Community Support Officer at AsIAm, Ireland’s national autism charity. A graduate of the BSc in Early Childhood Education from Marino Institute of Education, Aisling has gained a deep understanding early childhood policy, additional educational needs and of early childhood learning and development. She has gained experience working as an AIM Support Worker and Preschool Teacher, where she supported children with diverse needs and contributed to creating inclusive educational environments. Aisling’s interest in Child Psychology and Additional Educational needs grew during her studies, which led to the discovery of her own autism diagnosis. She is passionate about advocating for children’s rights and believes strongly in the influence of positive early experiences and play on a child’s overall development.
