Bronagh is our Employment Officer. In this role, she is working towards helping organisations along their journey to becoming more neuro inclusive employers and working with them to gain their Autism Friendly Employer accreditation from AsIAm. Bronagh was diagnosed with Autism in 2018 and later with ADHD in 2023. She is also a mum to neurodiverse kids. Since 2018 she has been a passionate advocate for Autism and her goal is to help others learn about the neurodiverse experience and work towards breaking down barriers for our community. She is also a qualified Coach and has a background predominantly in HR related roles, having a particular interest in People Development.
