Who is it for?
This is a service offered to the Autism community. To access it, you must be over 18 and have a legal issue that requires expert knowledge, beyond the advocacy support provided by the Autism Information Line.
What areas does the AsIAm Legal Clinic not cover?
The legal clinics/consultations do not cover:
• family law disputes (custody, maintenance, guardianship, barring orders, etc)
• criminal law matters
• HR disputes between employees/employers.Please reach
Where can I access it?
To access the Legal Clinic please contact AsIAm’s Autism Information Line Team.
Your query will be assessed and the necessary actions will be discussed with you. If your query needs to be referred to KODLyons for further support, we will require you to sign a consent form which we will send to you.
How many times can I access legal referrals?
You can access the legal clinic/consultation once per issue.
What happens after the initial consultation?
The AsIAm legal referral is a once-free consultation. Anything outside the scope of this consultation is between the client and KODLyons.
