Carl Duffy

Carl joined the AsIAm team in March 2025 as a Community Employment Officer. In this role, he supports Autistic adults in accessing meaningful employment and collaborates with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices. Carl holds a BSc in Sports Science and Health from DCU. Before joining AsIAm, he worked as a Physical Trainer with Autistic groups, focusing on inclusive programming. Most recently, Carl served as a Community Support Officer and later as an Employment Officer, providing direct one-to-one career coaching, facilitating job readiness programs, and delivering independent living skills sessions for Autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Driven by a passion for inclusion, Carl is committed to empowering individuals with diverse needs to achieve their full potential, showcase their strengths, and build a bright, fulfilling future.
