Elaine joined AsIAm in January 2025 as Head of One Stop Shops. Elaine educational background includes a First-Class Honours Psychology degree and post graduate study in Neurodiversity. Throughout her career, Elaine has held various management positions in Ireland's mental health, youth work, and charity sectors. Elaine's management experience includes service development, scaling, evaluation, and evolution. Whilst also holding responsibility for management of various teams and programmes. A passionate advocate, striving to bring meaningful change is at the forefront of Elaine’s work. Elaine is delighted to work within AsIAm and excited to lead the development and roll out of One Stop Shops
