Sam joined AsIAm in December 2024 as the Child and Family Support Officer. They have an undergrad in English & Music and a master's in Creative Writing. Previously, Sam was the VP for Diversity and Inclusion in DCU's Student Union. Being autistic, dyspraxic and having ADHD herself has made her passionate about providing supports for the community. Sam also understands the importance of safe spaces, having founded and ran DCU's first Neurodivergent friendly literally festival 'Different Expressions' in 2023. Sam is excited to bring her skills and expertise to the Child and Family Support programme.
