Emily Mullock is a student at Dublin City University, studying Intellectual DisabilityvNursing. She is a young Autism advocate particularly inspired by her time on AsIAm’s Youth Leadership team. Emily is incredibly grateful for the time she spent with YLT learning from Adam Harris and Niamh Mellerick as well her fellow YLT members. She had many amazing opportunities being on the team such as speaking at the Oireachtas, AsIAm’s Conference, Autism congress and on panels at AsIAm events held at the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission offices. On an EU research project, R2D2-MH, Emily is part of a young co-creation group inputting feedback as a young neurodivergent person with lived experience.
