AsIAm’s One Stop Shops are neuroaffirmative, in-person supports offering information, advice, support, and advocacy to the Autistic community and their families across the life cycle.
Our aim is to provide a welcoming, co-created, community-based space where the Autistic community and parents/caregivers can access practical guidance, peer connection, and signposting to relevant supports.

Information and Advice Service
Our new One Stop Shop 2 hub (serving Kildare, West Wicklow, Dublin South City and Dublin South West) is now welcoming bookings for the in-person Information & Advice service. As part of our Information and Advice service, AsIAm Community Advisors can provide multiple in-person appointments for Autistic adults and for parents/caregivers. These sessions are tailored to individual needs, and we take a neuroaffirmative, inclusive, and needs-led approach that values Autistic voices and perspectives. Session numbers are flexible, and the number of sessions offered is based on the number of sessions that may be helpful for your query.

Booking and Access
This is a free, in-person service. Appointments are required.
To avail of our Information and Advice service, you must be an Autistic adult or parent/caregiver over 18 years of age and reside in one of the areas listed above. AsIAm also operates a national Information Line service, which you can contact by emailing support@asiam.ie or by phoning 0818 234 234.
For your first visit, you are asked to provide evidence of diagnosis, unless you are attending for a once-off pre-diagnosis information and advice session. We accept the following as evidence of diagnosis:
