Jennifer Tully Bell

Jen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an accomplished risk management specialist with 25+years in Banking and Investment Services. An experienced Chief Risk Officer, Jen was chair of the Executive Risk Committees, Capital Management and Crisis Management Committees at BNY Mellon Ireland, and a member of the start-up Leadership team and Chief Risk Officer at Vanguard Group Ireland. Having stepped back from full time corporate life she enjoys channelling her energy in different ways in the non-profit sector. Jen identifies as being Au-ADHD. She loves gardening, swimming, dancing and painting things white! She is a proud Drimnagh girl living in Terenure with her husband Stephen, son Jack, daughter Ellen and delightful westie-mix terrier, Virgil.
