As the National Tourism Development Authority, Fáilte Ireland supports the long-term sustainable growth of tourism so it can make a positive economic, social, cultural and environmental contribution to Ireland.

We work in partnership with government, state agencies, local authorities, representative groups and industry to develop tourism across Ireland. This includes creating destination development plans and networks, and investing in infrastructure, activities, visitor attractions and festivals. We also provide consumer and buyer insights, mentoring, business supports, training programmes and buyer platforms to help tourism businesses innovate and grow.

Our people

Our management team brings together expertise across regional development, product development, demand development, operations and sector development. Authority members, including the chairperson and 11 board members, are appointed by the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment.

• Fáilte Ireland's blended working policy and strategy aim to provide flexibility to our employees in a manner that supports engagement, a high performance culture and the continued delivery of high quality services. Under the Blended Working Policy, employees are required to be in the office, at a minimum, two days per week as follows:

• Two Days Office Attendance per Week: 1 Set Office Day (in base office) + 1 Flexible Office Day (any office) Day 1: A fixed day, by Division, every week in base office. Day 2: A second day, at discretion of employee, every week which may be worked any day from any Fáilte Ireland administrative office (mileage expenses not applicable).

• Other arrangements may apply if you are part-time or in a client facing role.

• Early career or graduate programmes: Our Graduate Programme runs for 24 months. The next possible recruitment campaign will be held in 2028
