The session will explore key areas including developing a deeper understanding of Autism, supporting emotional regulation and navigating the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM's).
It will also focus on practical ways to support Autistic children’s needs through the Aistear curriculum, ensuring inclusive and meaningful participation in early learning environments.
Emphasis will be placed on the importance of parent-practitioner communication and reflective practice, empowering educators to adapt their approaches and create supportive, responsive settings where every child can thrive.
