Supporting Autistic People in Movement & Exercise Settings
This webinar intends to increase understanding of autism within fitness, wellbeing, and body-based practices.
This session aims to advise fitness and wellness instructors and professionals delivering 1:1 or group exercise sessions with the knowledge and practical tools to create more inclusive, supportive environments for autistic participants.

We will discuss some tips, recommendations and examples of good practice, and signpost to useful resources and further information to help you begin to make positive changes to create more inclusive, accessible experiences for the autistic community.
