Alisha is a Speech and Language Therapist who joined AsIAm in September 2024, with a focus on supporting the Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) programme. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy and brings extensive experience from her four years in London, where she worked as a specialist speech and language therapist. During this time, Alisha supported children and young adults with a wide range of complex learning needs, particularly in the areas of cognition and learning. Her key areas of expertise include Autism, AAC, and Visual Impairment. Alisha is excited to bring her skills and passion to AsIAm and looks forward to making a meaningful contribution to the Autistic community in Ireland.
