Eva Burke

Eva joined AsIAm in 2026 as Executive Assistant to the CEO, bringing over sixteen years’ experience in global financial services. She previously held senior positions at Citibank, leading complex global programmes in roles across product management and regulatory planning. In recent years, Eva has focused her work within the neurodiversity space. She is the founder and chair of Neurodiversity Navan and co-founder of NeuroFest Ireland, both community-led initiatives aimed at promoting autism acceptance, inclusion and understanding at a local level. Through this work, she has delivered community events, engaged with schools and families, and contributed to growing awareness of neuro-affirmative practice. Eva herself is late-diagnosed Autistic and also a parent to twin neurodivergent girls, her personal and professional experiences have shaped a deep commitment to improving understanding and support for autistic individuals and their families. She brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her role, supporting the CEO in advancing AsIAm’s mission and impact.
