Maeve Gilmore

Dublin City Autism Friendly Officer

Maeve joined AsIAm as the Dublin City Autism Friendly Officer in April 2025. She has a strong background in higher education and a deep commitment to building inclusive communities where everyone feels a sense of belonging. Maeve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Limerick and has been actively involved in advocacy work by volunteering with organisations such as Jigsaw Galway, SpunOut.ie, and various university initiatives. In 2023, she was elected Deputy President Welfare Officer at UL, where she worked to represent students and enhance their univeristy experiences. Outside of work, Maeve enjoys attending sporting and music events and spending time outdoors.
