Rachel Soyele

Rachel joined AsIAm as Head of Corporate Governance and Services, bringing over 20 years of experience in nonprofit governance, finance, and operations. She holds an MA in Financial Management, an MSc in Management of Operations, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College. She also holds a Professional Academy Dip. in Leadership and Management from UCD. Rachel is recognised for her strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach to work. She has contributed to organisational development, accountability, and initiatives supporting sustainable growth. She has a strong interest in neuroaffirmative practice, with a focus on fostering inclusive, accessible environments that recognise and support neurodiversity across organisational structures and services.
