Rebecca has joined the AsIAm Team as the Galway OSS Manager. She has a B.A Honours Degree and a strong background in Early Years Education, working in the sector since 2015 in roles such as educator, pedagogical lead, and manager. With a strong interest in neuropsychology and neurodiversity, Rebecca qualified as an Inclusion Co-ordinator in 2020 and focused on providing support to neurodivergent children and their families. The passion of her work has been centred on implementing and educating others on inclusive environments and neuro-affirmative practises. Diagnosed Autistic and ADHD, Rebecca brings a unique perspective to her advocacy and support work with neurodivergent individuals.
