Sorcha Dignam

Sorcha joined AsIAm in June 2026. For over ten years Sorcha has worked in social care alongside Autistic and neurodivergent adults, helping people build lives that reflect who they are. Her background in support, management and leadership has given her a deep understanding of experiences, strengths and aspirations of the people she works with. Sorcha is passionate about advocating for a more inclusive world where Autistic and neurodivergent people are understood, respected and celebrated. She believes support should centre choice, and the best outcomes come from listening, recognising strengths and creating opportunities for everyone involved.
