Stephen Large

Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in service delivery and stakeholder engagement in the community and voluntary sector. Before joining AsIAm, he managed a high-demand tenants’ rights advice and advocacy service, leading a multidisciplinary team and developing effective partnerships with statutory agencies, local authorities, community organisations and other key stakeholders. He has an LL.B in Law, an MA in European Social Policy Analysis and a First-Class Honours Professional Diploma in Human Rights and Equality Studies. Stephen is passionate about empowerment and supporting people to reach their potential. Working with his colleagues, he looks forward to supporting employers to create accessible, inclusive and neuroaffirmative workplaces in which Autistic people are valued and have the same chance to thrive.
