Aer Lingus

Job Opportunities
Founded in 1936, Aer Lingus is Ireland’s national airline, proudly connecting Ireland to the world for nearly a century. As part of the International Airlines Group (IAG), Aer Lingus operates over 100 routes between Europe and North America, and beyond, from its main hub at Dublin Airport. The airline is synonymous with warm Irish hospitality, embodying the rich cultural heritage that makes every journey unique.
At Aer Lingus, we value different strengths, perspectives, and ways of thinking. Whether you're starting your career or bringing experience from elsewhere, you'll find opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute in an inclusive environment where everyone can be themselves and reach their potential.
At Aer Lingus, we welcome people with different strengths, perspectives, and ways of thinking to begin their careers in aviation. Our Early Careers programmes, including our Graduate Programme, provide a supportive environment where individuals can learn, develop, and build confidence at their own pace. Through structured development, hands-on experience, mentoring, and opportunities to work on meaningful projects, participants gain valuable skills while contributing to the future of Ireland’s national airline. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and be themselves
The Aer Lingus campus is situated within Dublin Airport and includes several key locations, such as:
• Hangar 6 – the home of much of Aer Lingus Engineering and Maintenance activity, where aircraft are inspected, repaired, and prepared for service. It is also used for large company events and careers activities.
• Shamrock House – a central office building where many support functions and operational teams are based.
• Terminal 2 – Aer Lingus's main passenger terminal, where customer-facing colleagues work in airport operations, check-in, boarding, lounges, and customer service roles. This is also where our cabin crew and pilots are based prior to their flights.
• Additional operational buildings and support facilities spread across the airport campus, connecting office-based colleagues with frontline aviation operations.
