While Santa visits are often seen as an exciting tradition for families, many autistic individuals face several barriers that can result in children and families feeling excluded from what should be an exciting time for all.
This training aims to build understanding of autism and neurodiversity, explore the challenges Autistic individuals may experience during Santa visits, and equip staff with practical strategies to create flexible, welcoming, and neuro-affirming Santa experiences.
