Alice has a BSc in Psychology from Lancaster University and an MSc in International Management from the London Schools of Economics. Alice spent 8 years in the corporate sector where she worked in HR, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition in Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, and France. She is diagnosed neurodivergent since an early age and has always tried to find ways to help her community by leading Neurodiversity Awareness training at work, helping Autistic candidates overcome bias during the recruitment process, create social clubs for Neurodivergent adults, and volunteering at a mental health hotline. Alice's most recent experience was as an Employment Development Manager where she provided direct one-to-one career coaching for Autistic adults, in addition to collaborating with companies to promote inclusive hiring practices and Neurodiversity training.
